Ingredients List  

10 lb Belgian pale malt
3 lb Light Munich malt
0.3 lb Special B malt
1.5 lb Aromatic malt
1 lb Amber candi sugar
0.5 lb Brown sugar
2 oz Hallertauer hops (60 min)
1 oz Styrian Goldings hops

Brewing Notes  

Mash in with 3.75 gal water at 145 F for 45 minutes Raise temperature to 156 F for 45 minutes with 2.5 gallons water Boil wort for 90 minutes, adding hops at 60

Fermentation Notes  

Pitch White Labs Trappist ale yeast (WLP500) After fermenting, bottle with sugar At COC (1/13/06) had aged 3 years.
