12 oz Roasted Barley

1 lbs Flaked Barley
1 lbs Lactose (added to kettle)
1 oz Centennial hops (10.1% alpha, 75 minutes)
0.5 oz Willamette hops (5.1% alpha, 5 minutes)
Wyeast #1742 Swedish Porter
