Ingredients List  

20 lbs Breiss 2 row
1 lbs DWC CaraMunich
1 lbs Roasted Barley
1 lbs Chocolate malt
0.5 lbs DWC Black Patent
1.5 lbs 30L carmel malt
2 lbs Oatmeal
3.5 oz Fuggles (3.6% alpha, 60 minutes)
1.5 oz Fuggles (3.6% alpha, 15 minutes)
1 tbsp Irish moss
Stout yeast

Brewing Notes  

Mash in with 7 gallons at 170 strike temperature to reach 155. Rest 90 minutes and mash out at 168. Sparge 11 gallons. Boil 90 minutes. Chill. Then aerate for 1 hour before pitching yeast.

Fermentation Notes  

Primary fermentation 12 days at 68. Secondary 15 days.

Gravity  

Original gravity: 1.062
Final gravity: 1.019
