Ingredients List  

10 lbs DWC Pilsner malt
4 lbs Vienna malt
4 lbs Munich malt
2 lbs 2-row malt (toasted for 20 minutes at 350)
2 lbs DWC Special "B" malt
1 oz N. Brewer hops (7.9% alpha, 60 minutes)
0.25 oz Saaz hops (3.58% alpha, 15 minutes)
2 qt Wyeast 2206 "Bavarian Lager"

Brewing Notes  

Primary fermentation should last at least 2 weeks at 50-55F. Transfer to secondary fermenter for 5-8 days. Fine with isinglass and bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar. Let sit at 65 degrees or above for 2 weeks to carbonate, then store cold for 4 to 8 weeks.

Fermentation Notes  

Primary fermentation should last at least two weeks at 45-50F. When it is complete, rack to another carboy and let stand until clear. Cold condition for two weeks at 34 degrees. Keg or bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar per 5 gal.
