0.25 lbs Special "B" malt

0.5 oz Columbus hops (15.2 AAU, 60 minutes)
1 oz Fuggles hops (4.2% alpha, 30 minutes)
0.5 oz Goldings (5.2% alpha, 30 minutes)
0.5 oz Fuggles (10 minutes)
0.5 oz Goldings (10 minutes)
SSC Irish Ale Yeast (liquid)

Brewing Notes  

Mash at 151F.

Fermentation Notes  

Porter needs to age up to 2 months before drinking.
